Take me to
For support connecting to the internet, we recommend the Wi-Fi User Guide and the Power Line Adapter Guide from the Fetch User Guides. There, you’ll find information on connecting to your home Wi-Fi, tips on improving the connection, or advice and troubleshooting for using power line adapters.
How do I troubleshoot issues with my Fetch internet connection?
Check you can browse the internet on a computer or smartphone connected to the same router or modem as your Fetch box. If not, contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
Make sure your Fetch box is within range and connected to your Wi-Fi network. When it has a connection, the lights on the front of your box will be blue. A red light means it’s not connected to the internet.
Try restarting your modem, then restart your Fetch box.
If this doesn’t help and you still can't connect Fetch to your home Wi-Fi network, go to Menu > Settings > Network on your Fetch box and try to refresh the list of networks. Restart your modem and wait a few minutes to see if your home network appears.
If you’re still having trouble, read through the Fetch User Guides for more Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting.
