Frequently asked questions
Your Fetch subscription includes three months access to Ultimate Pack and Movie Box. You don't need to do anything to activate them, they're automatically available when the Fetch device is connected.
At the end of your first three months, you’ll need to subscribe to retain access. To subscribe:
- Within the menu, select Add More
- Choose the channel pack and Subscribe
- Enter your Parental PIN.
To access the channels, go to the Guide.
To access Movie Box, go to Movies and then Movie Box in the menu, or to CH100 in the Guide.
Movie Store
Movie Store offers over 10,500 movies including all the latest releases, to rent or buy, in your choice of SD or HD. Fetch also offers a selection of 4K HDR movies in the Movie Store and are working on adding more.
You access the Movie Store on your Fetch box at Menu > Movies > Store.
When you rent a movie, you have seven days to watch it, and can watch it as often as you like for 48 hours from when you first press play.
Anything you purchase can be watched on your TV, the Fetch Mobi app, and even downloaded to your device to be watched when you’re not connected to the internet.
Movie Box
Movie Box offers 30 on-demand movies at any time, with a new one added daily.
Movie Box may be included as part of a Welcome Bonus Pack or you can subscribe at Menu > Add More > Movie Box.
To access Movie Box, go to Menu > Movies > Movie Box and choose a movie to watch on demand. You can also access Movie Box at CH 100 in the TV Guide, where you can scroll forward or backward in the guide and choose any movie to watch straight away.
To find your bought or rented content:
- Within the menu, select My Purchases and Rentals
- Select My Stuff.
When you buy content through the Fetch Movie or TV Stores, you’re buying the right to have unlimited access to the content on TV for as long as you maintain your existing Fetch Service with Telstra.
If you change your account number, cancel your account or change Internet Service Provider (ISP), the content will no longer be available. If for any reason you need a replacement Fetch box, the content will still be available if your account number doesn't change.
You’ll retain ongoing access to your purchases via the Fetch Mobi app if you do change or cancel your account/service.
No, when you buy a show or a movie you are buying the right to watch it as often as you like on your current fetch service with Telstra and current account number. The right is not transferrable to another person or another Fetch service.
Yes, you can. The minimum term on a Channel Pack is one month but you can change them at any time.
To add or remove a channel using your remote:
- Within the menu, select Add More
- Use the green button to add channels and the red button to remove.
To add or remove a Channel Pack using your remote:
- Within the menu, select Add More
- Choose the channel pack and Subscribe or Unsubscribe
- Enter your Parental PIN.
Try 1st is a great way to try selected titles in the TV Store to see if you’re going to like it before buying the whole season. You can watch the first episode of the first season for free for any show that has the Try 1st badge.
No, purchases of individual episodes of a show don't count towards a later purchase of the season.
Yes, you can download movie and shows from the Movie and TV Stores onto your device via the Fetch Mobi app.
