How do I manage my Disney+ account details and settings?
You can go to the Disney+ Help Centre for help managing or troubleshooting your Disney+ account details and settings.
How do I change the email address on my Disney+ account?
If you would like to change the email address on your Disney+ account:
- Launch the Disney+ app or go to DisneyPlus.com and LOG IN
- Select or hover over your Profile
- If you are using a TV connected device, select SETTINGS instead
- Select ACCOUNT
- Select CHANGE or the pencil icon
- Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ (subject: Your temporary passcode)
- Enter your 6-digit verification code to verify your email address
- Enter your new email and current password
- Select SAVE.
You will receive an email to your new email address confirming the change.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, you'll need to have access to your account email address and follow these steps:
- Launch the Disney+ app or go to DisneyPlus.com and select LOG IN
- Enter the email address used to subscribe to Disney+
- Select CONTINUE
- Select FORGOT PASSWORD?
- Check your inbox for an email from Disney+ (subject: Your temporary passcode)
- Enter your 6-digit verification code to verify your email address
- Enter new password
- Select CONTINUE.
What happens if I can’t reset my password because I used the wrong email address, or forgot the email address I used, when I signed-up to Disney+?

Cancelling my subscription
How do I cancel my Disney+ subscription with Telstra?
Follow these steps to stop your Disney+ subscription with Telstra:
Using web browser:
- Sign in to the Telstra My Offers Dashboard
- Choose your Disney+ subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation.
Using My Telstra:
- Sign in to My Telstra
- Select Services, then Your subscriptions
- Choose your Disney+ subscription and select Need to make changes?
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation.
Existing Disney+ subscriber before subscribing through Telstra
If you were an existing Disney+ subscriber billed directly by Disney+ your previous subscription with Disney+ will automatically resume once you cancel your Telstra billing.
If you’d like to cancel your Disney+ subscription with Disney+, go to Cancelling Disney+ in the Disney+ Help Centre.
Not an existing Disney+ subscriber before subscribing through Telstra
If you were not a Disney+ subscriber before subscribing through Telstra you will no longer be able to access Disney+ after your current billing cycle.
If I cancel my Telstra billing for my Disney+ subscription, will I still be able to access Disney+?
If you cancel your Disney+ subscription with Telstra and you were a New or Returning Disney+ subscriber, you’ll have access to your Disney+ subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
If you were an existing Disney+ subscriber that paused their subscription before moving to Telstra for billing, your subscription and payment will resume through Disney+ directly, so you’ll continue to have access.

I've been moved to a premium plan, how can I downgrade my plan?
- Sign in to My Telstra
- Select Services then select Your subscriptions
- Choose your Disney+ subscription and select Need to make changes
- On the Telstra My Offers page, close the Manage screen if it is open
- Choose Offers, and on the Disney+ Standard tile, select Learn More
- Select Redeem to complete the downgrade process.
I’m currently a Disney+ subscriber, can I change my billing to Telstra?
Yes. If you’ve got an existing Disney+ subscription billed directly through Disney, your subscription will be paused automatically, and you can choose Pay with Telstra through Telstra My Offers .
If you’re an existing subscriber to Disney+ via any other third-party platform partner, such as Apple or Google please call the Disney+ Help Centre on 1800 965 160 to discuss your options.
