Why do I get an error when setting up auto recharge?

If you get the error 'Auto recharge unavailable' when you're setting up auto recharge, it may be because:
- you're not the account holder
- you don't have an active recharge
- your current recharge is expiring within the next 24 hours.
Before trying again, make sure:
- the account holder sets up auto recharge
- you've got an active recharge, if you don't, recharge your Pre-Paid first
- your recharge is not due to expire within 24 hours.
