How can I check, change, or cancel my auto recharge?

    If you've recently set up auto recharge, you should allow one hour before checking it's active.

    To change your auto recharge, follow the instructions below to cancel it and then set up a new one.

    Important

    Auto recharges can only be changed or cancelled if your next scheduled recharge is more than 24 hours away.

    To check, change, or cancel your auto recharge

    In the My Telstra app

    1. Sign in to the My Telstra app
    2. Go to Services
    3. Select your Pre-Paid service and scroll down to More with your mobile. Your auto recharge status will say Auto recharge: Off/On
    4. To cancel it, select Auto recharge and follow the prompts.
       

    In My Telstra in a browser

    1. Sign in to My Telstra in a browser
    2. Go to Account overview and your auto recharge status will be next to your Pre-Paid service.
    3. To cancel it, select Auto recharge and follow the prompts.
