Check these tips to see why you might be missing incoming emails from your inbox.
- Junk folder: Check your junk folder to ensure the expected emails haven’t been mistakenly sent there.
- Filtering and Forwarding Rules: Check the filtering and forwarding rules in your mail settings to ensure they’re not filtering out or forwarding your emails.
- Spam Settings: Check your spam settings. Ensure the addresses and domains you want to receive emails from aren’t being blocked in your mail settings.
- POP / IMAP Settings: Check whether your email app is set to use IMAP, rather than POP. POP allows emails to be downloaded and viewed only on a single device. IMAP allows emails to be synced across multiple devices and applications.
- Web browser: Clear your internet browser’s cache and cookies. See your web browser’s support for instructions on that.
- Anti-virus and firewall: Check your anti-virus and firewall settings. If your mail loads correctly when your security software is disabled, you may need to add telstra.com to a whitelist. Contact your software’s customer support for help.
