    Find your username

If you're not sure what your username is, sign in to My Telstra in a browser to find a list of your active mailboxes.

To sign in to My Telstra you'll need your Telstra ID and password. Retrieve your Telstra ID or reset your password.

Once you've signed in to My Telstra:

    1. Under Account Settings select Manage mailboxes. This will list all the active usernames/mailboxes you currently have.
    2. The email address shown with each mailbox is the username you use to sign in to it.

    Change your password

To change your Telstra Mail password, sign in to My Telstra. To reset it, you’ll need the following:

    • Your username
    • Your date of birth
    • Access to the email or contact mobile number you have registered with us, so we can send a one-time code and verify your identity.

Good to know: If you use an email app or program like Outlook or Windows Mail, you'll need to update your password there too.
