What is Telstra Internet of Things Connection Manager?
Telstra Internet of Things Connection Manager lets you view and manage your IoT fleet connectivity at scale and in detail.
You can gain insights into your fleet connection status and usage data, set alarms to manage performance and investigate connection problems by accessing network data.
You should already have Telstra IoT Data SIM plans or Telstra LPWAN plans before requesting access to the Telstra IoT Connection Manager.

The Telstra IoT Network covers around 3 million km2 for LTE-M and around 4 million km2 for NB-IoT. You can connect to it with one of our great value IoT Connectivity Plans.

View your entire fleet from one dashboard. Track daily and monthly data usage and identify services that use large amounts of data.
Better control with SIMs list manager
Filter services by monthly usage, plan details and connection status. Label single SIMs or group them. Cross check SIM serial numbers to verify usage data.
Get connection and usage data by service
View daily usage logs including data, call and SMS for the last 90 days. Bar SIMs you think are being used incorrectly. View a single service and its usage details.
Order, activate and manage
Choose from IoT Data SIM plans or LPWAN plans for Narrowband and CatM1 devices. Order blank SIMs and activate an IoT Data plan when ready, or order a preactivated plan and SIM.
Blank SIM activation is only available on IoT data plans.
