    Before cancelling your service, check your contract status, upgrade offers or early termination charges. Also check if you have any remaining device, accessory or handset repayments, such as for a mobile phone or a modem.

    If you disconnect your plan or end a Device Payment Contract (DPC), you’ll be required to pay the balance of any remaining device repayments in one final payment.
