Service Summary Telstra’s Managed Endpoint service provides you with administration services, proactive monitoring, management, and user support for your in-scope Managed Endpoints on a “best effort” basis, including configuring Managed Endpoints within your organisation to help ensure users and endpoints can access the correct data and resources, safely and securely. Please note in order to acquire the Managed Endpoint service, customers need to have a Managed M365 service with Telstra and a Microsoft Intune licence for each endpoint under management. These costs are not included in the Managed Endpoint daily cost. |

Telstra’s Managed Endpoint service provides you with administration, proactive monitoring, management, and user support for your in-scope Managed Endpoints on a “best effort” basis.
Support and assistance is provided remotely by phone and/or email by a Service Desk, which is available during Business Support Hours.
The Managed Endpoint service is a month-to-month service.
- Eligibility
-
You are eligible to order this service if:
- you are a Telstra business customer with an ABN; and
- you have and maintain a Managed Microsoft 365 (MM365) service with us;
- you have and maintain a valid and current Microsoft Intune; and
- you have one or more eligible devices (endpoints) active in your Intune environment.
- Information about pricing

The charges for your service:
- depend on the quantity of endpoints you wish to have managed;
- are calculated on a daily basis based on the number of active endpoints in your Intune environment on that day; and
- are invoiced to you on a monthly basis.
There are no early termination charges applicable. You may cancel the service at any time by giving us at least 30 days’ notice in which case your service will terminate at the end of the relevant monthly billing cycle.
- Bill Payment Charges

- Direct Debit is our preferred payment method, you can set it up anytime at telstra.com/direct debit
- We do not charge extra for electronic payments
- You can request an email bill via My Telstra or through your TBTC Account Manager.
- A paper bill can be issued for $2.20 per copy sent (some exemptions apply).
