Account Owners and Third Party Authority contacts may use this webform to request access to customer account information. Full Authority contacts and Limited Authority contacts may also use this webform to request basic customer information, contract information, and billing and payment information.
Requests to access customer account information on business accounts may also be made by authorised contacts on the account.
Remember that you can access a range of information about your account on your bills or in My Telstra. Billing information from the last 12 months may be available for you to access directly in My Telstra under Payments, View bills and payments, Previous bills.
