Telstra Cloud Sight is a powerful web-based platform that simplifies the way you buy, deploy and manage your cloud and cloud connectivity services through a single portal.

Telstra Cloud Sight supports the following services: 

  • Microsoft Azure from Telstra
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) from Telstra
  • Telstra Cloud Connecter
  • Telstra Managed Cloud Services

Please note that AWS from Telstra is our standard AWS service that adds your AWS cloud account to a multi-tenanted AWS Organisation.  Select customers may purchase AWS Direct from Telstra, which is a dedicated AWS Organisation service offering. Please contact us to find out if you qualify for AWS Direct from Telstra.

Telstra Cloud Sight allows registered users, with administrator privileges, to the ability to:

  • Provision new or add existing Telstra cloud services to the Telstra Cloud Sights dashboard
  • Generate historical monthly Azure usage reports
  • View the compliance score of a cloud (CIS, PCI-DSS and HIPPA)
  • View the costs of a cloud (only available for customers who have AWS from Telstra or an active CloudHealth from Telstra subscription)
  • Provision new or manage a Telstra Cloud Connector service to link your clouds (by private peering) to your Telstra NextIP® network

Telstra Cloud Sight is not yet available to international customers. For more information, please visit www.telstrainternational.com.

Nothing! Registration and use of the Telstra Cloud Sight platform is free to all Telstra customers.

Cloud service usage and add-on services, however, will be billed as per the fees specified by each provider. 

On the Telstra Cloud Sight dashboard use the ‘Add services’ button to select the ‘Add existing service’ option for either Azure or AWS. Telstra Cloud Sight will lead you through the process of linking you existing clouds.

Existing clouds purchased through another provider cannot be added to Telstra Cloud Sight. You can either create new clouds using Telstra Cloud Sight or transfer your existing BYO clouds from your current provider to Telstra. Contact us and we will help you with the process.

If you have a Telstra NextIP® network, you can still use Telstra Cloud Sight to connect your Telstra NextIP® network to your BYO cloud services using the Telstra Cloud Connector. However, if you wish to transfer your BYO clouds to Telstra, to benefit from cheaper monthly fees, you can do that too. Contact us and we will help you with the process.

Telstra Partners/Dealers must first download the following Telstra Cloud Sight Partner Registration email template. Telstra Partners/Dealers must complete the template and attach proof of customer consent before sending it back to [email protected]

The Telstra Cloud Sight team will let you know when the Customer’s Telstra Cloud Sight tenancy is ready.
