Telstra Connect
Telstra Connect is a self-service platform for managing your Telstra business and enterprise services in one place.

Download invoices for all your products and services. You have access to the past 18 months of invoices.
Raise enquiries
Easily send us an enquiry if something doesn’t look right. Submit and manage queries without having to call or email Telstra.
T Analyst
T Analyst is a self-service bill reporting and analytics tool.
To get started with T Analyst, sign up for a knowledge seminar, watch how-to videos or read help articles at our dedicated T Analyst support page.
To access T Analyst, sign in to Your Telstra Tools and select Billing in the top menu.
Reports
Create customised invoice reporting, or choose from a range of our predefined reports to help you drill down into your data.
Download invoices
Request invoices to be emailed out to you or other recipients, as a one-off of recurring basis.
Manage hierarchies & cost centres
Create hierarchies and cost centres in
T Analyst, or import them from Excel. Assign services to cost centres for enhanced reporting.
Payment options
Payment methods
- Telstra Connect – credit or debit card payments and direct debit.
- BPAY® – your biller code and reference number is on your invoice.
- Over the phone – call us on 1300 369 666. You’ll need your Telstra account and invoice number handy.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – to register for EFT, contact us at [email protected].
- Visit your local Telstra store or Australia Post to make payments. Fees may apply.
Payment assistance
If your business needs payment assistance, you may qualify for our Payment Assistance Policy. Find out more at our Payment Assistance Policy page or call 1800 318 087 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST.
Online Bill
Some existing Enterprise customers will be using Online Bill. Online Bill is another way to manage your Telstra invoices online.
Online Bill is accessed via Your Telstra Tools.
How to access these tools
To set up access to T Analyst or Online Bill, ask your authorised representative to register and enrol you in Your Telstra Tools using Manage Your Users.
To set up access to Telstra Connect, go to the Telstra Connect sign-in page and select Get Telstra Connect access. Alternatively an existing Telstra Connect admin from your organisation can add you.
