Legal Terms and Conditions / mandatory requirements or eligibility criteria
To be eligible to acquire a TDN Service:
- you must have an ABN, ACN or ARBN; and
- you must have received written confirmation from us that, following a feasibility study conducted by us in relation to your Site (Feasibility Study), your Site is suitable and eligible for the TDN Service.
